This website is operated for Century Ridge. It shows the apartments that are available and helps you reach the leasing team. This page describes what the website does with information you give it.

What you share

When you request a tour or send a note: your name, email, phone number, move-in date and message. They go to the leasing team so they can answer you.

When you ask for alerts or join a waitlist: your mobile number, so the leasing team can text you about apartments. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

What the website records

Standard server logs for security and reliability. Analytics about how pages are used, through Google tools, to understand what renters look for.

Where your visit came from: the campaign tags and ad click identifiers in the link you followed, the site that sent you, and the first page you opened. They are kept in a cookie on this website for 90 days and are not shared with anyone until you send a form.

When you send a form, the property keeps a record of the enquiry for its own reporting: what kind it was, where the visit came from, the page and apartment, and whether you used a phone or a computer. That record holds no name, email address, phone number or message. So repeat enquiries can be counted, it holds a one-way code made from your email address and phone number that cannot be turned back into either.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, none of this is kept: no cookie is set and no visit information is recorded.

What it does not do

It does not sell your information, and does not use it for anything other than answering you about apartments here. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent is shared with third parties for marketing.
